Alle Nex Flow Air Dyser opfylder OSHA standard CFR 1910.242 (b) til døde tryk og støjniveauet er dramatisk lavere ud over at have lavere energiforbrug.

Model 47002 er messingdysen tilsat til et kobberrør. Maskinbyggerne kan bøje kobberrøret og målrette dyserne til, hvor det passer. Kobberrøret er simpelthen presset ind i kundens system.

Air Nozzle Model 47010

Model 47010 er ekstremt kraftfuld. Den har 1/4 “kvindelig NPT-montering og er fuldt anodiseret til lang levetid. Med ‘coanda’-profilen får du en ekstrem stærk kraft på afstand. Dette er ideel til blæsepistoler og til at blæse små dele til deludstødning af tungere viskositetsvæsker. 47010 er en højere kraft, dyse, men har mindre afstand til laminær strøm end 47004.

How Air Nozzles Works

For the Standard Air Nozzles Models 47001, 47002, 47003, 47003S, 47003S-316L, 47004, 47004S, 47004S-316L, 47009, 47009S, 47009S-316 they work utilizing the Coanda effect by entraining surrounding air along wit the compressed air that exists a ring of holes around the bottom of the nozzle.  Compressed air enters at point (A).   Surrounding air (B) is entrained over the specially designed profile surface by the action of the small amount of compressed air leaving the ring gaps at point (C). This results in a concentrated high velocity, laminar flow stream of amplified air.   With this deign energy normally lost as pressure drop and noise is recovered and converted into useful high energy flow.   The standard air nozzles provide the best flow/unit air consumption and are best suited for light blow off and for cooling applications.  Savings in compressed air compared to open pipe is around 30%.

The Standard Air Nozzles are low cost solutions to many blow off applications when light blow off is adequate.  Always use filters compressed air to make sure the air supply remains clean and dry.   Wherever there is an open tube or pipe, these air nozzles are a very lost cost way to reduce noise, reduce energy and improve safety as dead end pressure is below 30 PSIG and meets OSHA safety standards.

Materials vary in how the nozzles are made.  The Model 47001 and 47002 is made of brass.  Stainless steel is available on special order.  The other sizes are anodized aluminum, 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel for food and pharmaceutical applications.

Air Nozzle Model 47010

How Air Nozzles Works

For the Standard Air Nozzles Models 47001, 47002, 47003, 47003S, 47003S-316L, 47004, 47004S, 47004S-316L, 47009, 47009S, 47009S-316 they work utilizing the Coanda effect by entraining surrounding air along wit the compressed air that exists a ring of holes around the bottom of the nozzle.  Compressed air enters at point (A).   Surrounding air (B) is entrained over the specially designed profile surface by the action of the small amount of compressed air leaving the ring gaps at point (C).
