Flexmount Double Outlet

The Nex Flow® FLEXMOUNT DOUBLE OUTLET mounting system is a secure mounting method to direct two blow-off products easily and securely to the target.

The FLEXMOUNT DOUBLE OUTLET system is easily installed with flexibility in directing the blow-off assembly and combining blow-off products if necessary for the particular application.

When the customer needs to add an additional blow-off system, it often requires some mounting with brackets and the utilization of internal labor and the assembly issues may be compounded just by the use of two blow-off products. This labor may be in short supply and necessary elsewhere in the manufacturing operation which can complicate installation.

These assemblies utilize pairs of nozzles and/or jets for particular spot blow-off applications.

The FLEXMOUNT DOUBLE OUTLET is a flexible mounting system providing a simple and easy-to-use method by directing two small blow-off products to the target saving labor and accelerating installation time and use of the system.

This is especially useful when requiring flexibility is necessary for the placement and direction of the nozzle and/or jets in potentially different applications in a factory setting.

This system is ideal for any new installation where nothing currently exists in the application location, and utilizing the blow-off products to improve the production process.

The FLEXMOUNT DOUBLE OUTLET system normally uses two Air Edgers or two air nozzles, whether the standard air nozzle or the patented Air Mag nozzle although blow-off product types can be mixed if required.

The units are suitable for using two Air Edgers or two air nozzles, whether the standard air nozzles or the patented Air Mag air nozzles or a combination of the blow-off types.

The system can be converted to a single outlet by removing the two-outlet manifold and one blow-off product.

Nex Flow® Air Edgers are available in cast zinc and 316L stainless steel.

The standard air nozzles are made in anodized aluminum, 304 stainless steel, and 316L stainless versions.

The patented Air mag nozzles are in cast zinc and 316L stainless steel.

The FLEXMOUNT DOUBLE OUTLET system is available in anodized aluminum or stainless steel.

The regular packages offered are in non-stainless assemblies and stainless steel assemblies.

The base of the mounting system is to secure the system easily, or you can use an optional magnetic base to mount the assembly.

A shutoff valve (brass for the aluminum systems and stainless steel for the stainless systems) is supplied to turn the flow on and off as needed manually.

An optional adjustable swivel may be added to the blow-off product attached to the FLEXMOUNT assembly, providing even more flexibility in the flow direction.

When adjusted, these adjustable swivels are locked into a secure position directing the particular blow-off product as needed.

The FLEXMOUNT DOUBLE OUTLET is exceptionally versatile for small blow-off products when one nozzle or jet is required for a manufacturing application.

In addition to the standard packages offered, the assemblies can be modified by exchanging the nozzle or jet with another nozzle or jet.

Custom FLEXMOUNT systems can be provided on request, including multiple assembly packages.
