Product Overview
The long and the short flexible MAXI mounting system is a rugged and secure means to mount the Nex Flow X-stream air blade air knives easily and securely.
The flexible mounting systems greatly simplifies the installation of air knives where you require a lot of flexibility in their orientation and placement for different production runs.
The units are suitable for both the X-stream aluminum (including the hard anodized aluminum) and the stainless steel versions.
One system can handle sizes from 3 inch to 18 inch in length. For larger sizes we recommend two units. For air knives coupled together for longer lengths, multiple units may be required.
The Model 19001 system can adjust the placement of the air knife in a range of 30”
The shorter Model 19002 can adjust the placement of the air knife in a range of 12”
The base of the mounting system can be threaded to a base to secure the system. The Model 19002 as an optional magnetic base that may be used instead for securing the mounting system.
The units can also be modified for use with Standard Air Blades on request and even for use with Air Amplifiers and other blow off and cooling products.
